Working from an empty shell, we installed an exposed HVAC system, balancing functionality with an industrial aesthetic. Walls were carefully prepped and finished to ensure a sleek, polished look, while floor tiling was chosen for durability and style. The fit-out also included a compact yet practical teapoint and toilet facility, providing essential amenities within the space.

Lighting was a key element, with a modern, efficient setup designed to enhance the open feel of the unit while ensuring it met commercial standards.
